Mellisa and Chloe of Usually Usual became friends while working at Papa Palheta 8 years ago and worked together through mini coffee projects such as The Steeping Room in 2011.
On this National Day weekend, join us as we share with you our coffee and ceramics making journey at the newly opened Creamier outlet at Tiong Bahru. Together, we will learn more about the basic home equipment and parameters to brew delicious coffee together!
The brewing methods adopted will require no complicated machines, just some simple equipment & our trusty hands! In the first part of the session, we will delve into coffee knowledge and key steps towards brewing coffee. The second part is where we dive into hand-brewing our very own coffee. Tasting is a key part of learning about coffee, so we will prepare a variety of coffees for all to try. We'll end off on a sweet note with delectable pastries to complement our freshly brewed, steamy cups of coffee.
